Starting in 2005, I've grown from experience in dealing in seller-driven markets, buyer-driven markets, through the difficult times, dealing with multiple foreclosures and short sales, to homes with multiple offers, I realize, I have an undeniable talent for discovering hidden gems that could be ignored as they’re not ‘obviously’ attractive. I can see the potential which can be omitted at first sight and I don’t hesitate to make good use of it, as long as it benefits my clients.
